What is nurse coaching, and how can it help me?
Nurse coaching is a professional service delivered by a registered nurse with experience in the field. It supports you to navigate your nursing role strategically, make informed career decisions, advocate for yourself, and take ownership of your career direction. Coaching helps you build insight, confidence, and a clear plan for progression.
Sessions & Delivery
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions are delivered both online and in person. For in-person sessions, the venue must be provided by the individual or organisation booking the service. Most in-person group sessions require a minimum of 10 participants.
How long is a coaching session?
Most coaching sessions last one hour. Longer sessions can be arranged if requested by the client.
Booking & Availability
How do I book a session?
Once you purchase a service, available dates and times will be sent to you. You can then select the option that best suits your schedule.
Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?
Yes. Most sessions are offered in the evening to accommodate working professionals. Weekend sessions may also be available.
Do you offer keynote speaking?
Yes, keynote speaking is available depending on the nature of the event and alignment with our company values.
Fees & Payment
Do you offer package bundles?
Yes. Please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page to discuss the services you wish to purchase. Packages can be tailored to individual or organisational needs.
Are fees refundable?
No. Fees are non-refundable unless there is a medical emergency that could not reasonably be prevented and prevented attendance.
Cancellations & Policies
What happens if I miss a session?
If you inform the team at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, an alternative date will be arranged
Can sessions be transferred to someone else?
No. Sessions are non-transferable.
Confidentiality & Professional Boundaries
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Do you share information with employers or organisations?
No. Information shared during sessions is not disclosed to employers or any organisation.
