Is this affiliated with the NHS?
No. This is an independent programme run by Daphne’s Career Development Ltd. It is written for NHS nurses and uses NHS frameworks and person specifications, but it is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or delivered on behalf of any Trust or NHS body.
Is this one-to-one coaching?
No. Standard and Premium are both live group programmes. Premium includes the same five core sessions plus three Implementation Labs on Days 1, 3 and 5, written feedback, priority Q&A and deeper implementation.
Is there anything more in-depth?
Yes. There is a Premium option with three Implementation Labs on Days 1, 3 and 5, written feedback on your own examples, and a thirty-day review. You will see it as an option at checkout — there is nothing extra to do now.
What happens immediately after I buy?
Payment is verified first. Then your attendee access email gives you the private group link, the complete five-day schedule and all five private Zoom join links.
How will I get the Zoom link?
All five Zoom links are included in your paid-buyer confirmation email. The correct session link is repeated in the 24-hour and 1-hour reminders before each live day.
Will you remind me before every session?
Yes. The system sends reminders around 24 hours and 1 hour before each of the five sessions.
What is the refund policy?

Can dates, times or access details change?
