Audit, incident learning, risk management, policy implementation, quality improvement, documentation improvement or staff learning may all be relevant if they are genuine and clearly linked to your role.
Cover immediate safety, reporting, communication, staff support, investigation or review, learning and how recurrence would be reduced.
